We offer $11.99 flat rate shipping within the contiguous US. A rate of $25 applies to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii for orders up to 13 pounds, and $50 for orders 14 pounds and above. The majority of our products are shipped via USPS and UPS Ground.
We can not ship to U.S. Territories or P.O.Box/APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If something is particularly heavy, bulky, comes in an especially cumbersome package, or is perishable an extra surcharge will be noted on the product page and at checkout.
We ship 2 days per week. Orders received Thursday - Sunday will be packed and shipped on Monday. Orders received Monday - Wednesday will be packed and shipped on Thursday. If the shipping day falls on a school holiday (we're moms with kids to take care of) we will pack and ship your order on the next business day.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Once a package has been delivered to the address requested we do not have the ability to insure the package. There has been a large increase in "porch pirate" theft and all of the carriers have discontinued insurance of the package once delivered. Please make sure that your packages can be delivered to a secure location as we will not be able to replace the package if it goes missing once delivered by the carrier.
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, to the delivery address you have provided, we will not refund the original cost of shipping and you will be liable for any return charges imposed by thedelivery agent and/or the cost to redeliver your order to you. Should you choose not to have your order redelivered at your own cost, we will refund your order, the original cost of shipping your order to you will be deducted from your refund.

During the holidays we offer special gift shipping options. You can ship to multiple addresses and add gift cards. Offering this function is an additional monthly cost for our store so we do not offer it all year round at this time.

Yes! Click the "this is a gift" checkbox after adding an item to your cart and you will be able to include a gift message at checkout.
Absolutely! Although we can not guarantee the exact date it will be received we will do our best to get it there as close to your chosen date as possible. Please be aware that due to COVID all shipping carriers are experiencing delays and are not guaranteeing service times. We recommend allowing at least 2 weeks for packages to arrive. We ship through USPS and UPS. If you've chosen a date that requires additional shipping costs we will notify you via email.
